A-Head of the Game Nutrition was founded by former professional rugby player Rory Pitman with a mission to redefine the relationship between food and performance.

After years of navigating the pressures of restrictive diets in elite sport, Rory set out to create a more balanced, sustainable approach to nutrition — one that supports both physical health and mental wellbeing.

At A-Head of the Game, we take the meals you love and remake them with better ingredients, delivering real flavour with real nutritional value.

Whether you’re competing in professional sport, working long hours, juggling a busy family life, or simply trying to feel your best — our meals are designed for real people, with real lives. Because good food should fuel your goals, not complicate them. This is nutrition that works for everyone — helping you stay consistent, stay nourished, and stay ahead of the game.
